The firm of D. Inglis & Son was established in 1964 by David Inglis Senior. The company provides a quality decorating service throughout the South-West of Scotland from Annan to Stranraer and north to Kilmarnock and the West coast.

Run by the present owner, David Inglis Jnr, the company employs 14 time-served tradesmen and four apprentices currently training at Dumfries and Galloway College as well as gaining hands-on experience on-site.

We cover a wide range of decorating finishes including:

External protective coatings, ceramic tiling, wallpapering, fashion effect coatings and ames taping.

The company is presently the term contractor to Dumfries and Galloway Council covering council properties from Dalbeattie to Stranraer.

We have many years experience in the use of some of the UK and Europe's leading protective coating systems and cover a broad customer base of private and public sector clients.

We offer a friendly professional service with the emphasis on quality and efficiency.

All our employees are fully qualified members of the Constriction Skills Certification Scheme with key employees trained in the use of mechanical access equipment, tower scaffolding and appointed person first aid skills.
